In a very broad sense, it can be said that everything that sustains you also sustains the earth. If you are taking care of yourself, you are probably living a more natural lifestyle, which would also help the planet. Just as your body always wants to heal, plants want to grow and the environment continually adapts to stresses and strains of the modern world. That is known as resilience.
