Alkaline Broth

Drinking Alkalinity Broth will help bring your body into proper PH balance.  Prepare this recipe and drink the broth whenever you feel out of balance, sick, tired, or overly acidic.  You will notice the difference.

Into a large (8-12 quart) soup pot:

7 carrots, rinsed, scrubbed, chopped into chunks

7 celery stalks, cleaned, chopping into chunks

1/2 bunch parsley cleaned, rinsed

A handful of fresh spinach leaves, cleaned, rinsed

1 zucchini, rinsed, chopped in chunks

Fill pot with water to an inch below top of pot.

Bring to boil.

Lower to simmer.  Cover. Cook for 1 - 2 hours.  Let cool a bit to room temperature.

Strain off vegetables and pour  broth into a glass pitcher or other container.  Should last 5 days stored in fridge.

Drink 2 to 3 cups reheated per day, sipping it like tea, seasoned with Herbamare.
